As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO Lead to drive our online visibility, organic traffic, and overall search performance.

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and brand visibility.
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content strategies to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content for maximum reach.
- Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including metadata optimization, internal linking strategies, and structured data implementation.
- Drive technical SEO initiatives, addressing site architecture, crawlability, indexation, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and work closely with developers to implement fixes for site speed, schema markup, and mobile usability
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to track performance, generate reports, and refine strategies.
- Lead and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic through ethical and sustainable methods.
- Monitor and stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies, adapting our approach as needed.




- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into all digital content and campaigns.
- Provide SEO training, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, helping to build a high-performing SEO team.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of leading successful SEO campaigns.
- Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and SEO analytics with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience in managing SEO projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, content teams, and digital marketers).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO implementations is a plus.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

Preferred Qualification :

- Experience in the healthcare or nursing industry is a plus.
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing from a recognized institution.
- Experience leading and mentoring SEO teams
