As our products, APIs, research, and engineering teams continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Writer & Knowledge Management Specialist who can transform complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and accessible documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, organizing knowledge, and enabling engineers, researchers, customers, and partners to succeed.

Your Mission

Build and maintain a world-class knowledge ecosystem that empowers developers, researchers, users, partners, and internal teams through clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Documentation

- Create and maintain product documentation.
- Write API documentation.
- Develop developer guides and SDK documentation.
- Produce installation, deployment, and configuration guides.
- Prepare release notes and technical change logs.

Knowledge Management

- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base.
- Organize engineering documentation and SOPs.
- Standardize documentation practices across teams.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Research Documentation

- Support documentation for AI, Quantum Computing, Aerospace, and Emerging Technology initiatives.
- Assist with white papers, technical reports, and research summaries.
- Maintain technical design documents and architecture documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, AI Research, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Improve documentation based on user feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Technical Communication, English, or a related discipline.
- 3-8+ years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management.
- Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.

Compensation

Annual CTC :₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum**

Compensation will be determined based on technical writing expertise, documentation quality, communication skills, and interview performance.
