About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst who will ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of the BNBRun ERP platform across all modules including HRMS, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Website Builder, and more.

You will work closely with developers, product team, and support to maintain high-quality standards and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business workflows across modules.
- Create and execute: Test cases, Test plans, Test scenarios (manual & basic automation if applicable)
- Perform: Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, UI/UX validation
- Identify, report, and track bugs using proper documentation
- Work closely with developers to: Reproduce issues, Validate fixes
- Ensure zero critical bugs in production
- Validate APIs, database consistency, and workflows
- Ensure product performance under different use cases
- Participate in product discussions and suggest improvements

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)




- Good understanding of ERP workflows (important)
- Basic knowledge of: APIs (Postman or similar tools), SQL queries
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- Ability to understand complex workflows and edge cases

Valuable to Have

- Experience working with SaaS products or ERP systems
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Pay: ₹11,282.53 - ₹40,000.00 per month
