About the Role We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our Tracky Health product team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric mobile and web interfaces for our health-tech ecosystem You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and the Branding team to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences that impact thousands of patients and clinicians across India.

Key Responsibilities User Experience & Interface Design

- Design end-to-end mobile app screens, web dashboards, and admin portals.
- Create user flows, wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct UX research, user interviews, usability testing, and gather insights.

Branding & Visual Consistency

- Maintain UI consistency across Tracky devices.
- Build and update design systems, iconography, typography, and colour guidelines. Product Collaboration
- Work with product managers to understand requirements and convert them into user journeys.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Participate in sprint planning, product discussions, and feature brainstorming.



Prototyping & Interaction
- Create interactive prototypes (Figma / Sketch / XD) for user testing and developer hand-off.
- Define micro-interactions, transitions, animations, and component behavior.

Research & Analytics

- Understand health-tech user behavior: patients, doctors, operations team.
- Analyse app usage metrics to improve user flows and reduce friction.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends in healthcare and wearable IoT apps.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio of mobile app design and dashboard design.
- Expertise in Figma (primary), Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
- Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility.
- Experience with user research, journey mapping, and personas.
- Ability to convert complex medical data (glucose graphs, vitals, trends) into simple UI.
- Basic understanding of Flutter (good to have).
- Knowledge of IOT app UX, Bluetooth flows, or healthcare apps is a huge plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for wearable (rings, watches, scales, sensors).
- Exposure to AI-driven UI (recommendations, alerts, health insights).
- Ability to create marketing creatives, product brochures, or landing pages.
- Familiarity with Tracky Health ecosystem or CGM workflows. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or relevant fields.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
