About the Role

This role requires someone who can translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and highly usable product experiences .

Key Responsibilities

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and product discovery to improve product usability

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements

- Design scalable design systems and reusable UI components :

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and layouts across the platform

- Create interactive prototypes using Figma for product demonstrations and development handoff

- Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and usability :

- Work on dashboard designs, complex workflows, forms, and enterprise product interfaces :

- Maintain design documentation and ensure smooth developer handoff

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design , preferably for SaaS or enterprise products

- Strong expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, components, design systems) :

- Excellent understanding of UX principles,



interaction design, and usability best practices :

- Experience designing complex dashboards, CRM systems, or SaaS platforms :

- Strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture, and responsive design :

- Ability to transform product requirements into intuitive design solutions :

- Good understanding of frontend feasibility (HTML, CSS basics is a plus) :

- Experience working in agile product development environments

Nice to Have

- Experience designing B2B SaaS products :

- Knowledge of design systems and scalable component libraries :

- Experience with micro-interactions and motion design : What We’re Looking For

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
