Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Salary : Up to 70,000 + Incentives (Based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about digital growth and data-driven strategies.

If you have hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads for D2C brands and love scaling campaigns with strong ROI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving a minimum 3X ROI
- Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, and conversions while maintaining efficient CPA
- Manage and scale ad budgets responsibly to consistently deliver 3X+ ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present actionable insights to leadership
- Conduct continuous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to build high-impact,



conversion-focused campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and D2C/skincare marketing best practices

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (D2C / eCommerce, skincare & cosmetics preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large ad spends with consistent 3X ROI or higher
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
