Job Summary : We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, share course information with prospective students, and maintain lead records. The role involves responding to student inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the admissions/counseling team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from students and provide basic course information.
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.




- Share details regarding courses, schedules, and admission process.
- Maintain and update call records and lead details in the system.
- Schedule appointments or connect interested students with the counseling team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach during calls.

Requirements :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain records.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
