Job Title : Finance Controller (CA - US Accounting & Taxation)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting :

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting as per US GAAP

US Taxation & Compliance :

- Manage US tax filings, returns, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and implement necessary changes

Leadership & Process Ownership :

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations
- Handle audits, internal controls, and risk management

Cash Flow & Strategic Planning :

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- Strong experience in US Accounting & US Taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
