Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial reporting for EJAA. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on ownership of books, GST, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books :

- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries

- Bank, cash, and payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU) reconciliations

- Inventory accounting coordination with operations team

GST & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)




- GST reconciliation with sales and purchase data
- Coordinate with CA for audits, filings, and statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements

D2C & Ecommerce Accounting

- Reconcile Shopify sales with payment gateways and bank statements
- Track refunds, returns, COD settlements, and commissions
- Maintain monthly sales reports (online + offline)

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS reports (Revenue, Expenses, Margins)
- Track marketing spends, CAC, and operational costs
- Support management with financial insights and data

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
