Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries.

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Prepare journal entries, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Generate invoices and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Track pending payments, purchase orders, and billing cycles. Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance documents.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required. Payroll Management

Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.

Handle PF, ESI, bonus, reimbursements, and employee financial documentation.

Financial Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Inventory & Asset Accounting

Maintain records of company inventory related to CCTV, IT equipment, and ELV products.





Track fixed assets and depreciation records. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in project-based, IT, security systems, or infrastructure companies).

Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail and confidentiality. Preferred Experience
