Key Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance :

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

- Reconcile GST input tax credit and output tax liability.

- Handle GST audits and assessments.

- Stay updated on changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes.

- TDS Compliance :

- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.

- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately.

- Handle TDS assessments and resolve discrepancies.

- Keep up-to-date with TDS regulations and compliance requirements.

- Audit Management :

- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

- Prepare audit schedules and necessary documentation.

- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Implement audit recommendations and improve financial processes.

- Financial Reporting :

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- General Accounting :

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

- Support the finance team in various accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education :





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification preferred.

- Experience :

- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

- Proven experience in GST, TDS, and audit processes.

- Skills :

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.

- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
