About Us

We are a growing real estate development and investment firm specializing in premium residential and land development projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and support the company's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries and ledger postings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and customer ledgers.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and other regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities when required.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders and payment vouchers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.

Real Estate Accounting

- Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost tracking.
- Monitor project expenses, budgets and profitability.
- Track customer bookings,



installment receipts and payment schedules.
- Assist in preparation of project financial reports and MIS.

Financial Reporting & MIS

- Generate periodic MIS reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Administrative Support

- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support management with financial data and reports as required.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for routine transactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector.

Required Skills :

- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS and taxation regulations.
- Knowledge of real estate accounting practices and project accounting.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
