Store Operations :Oversee daily store functioning, including inwarding of products,
stock QC, and shelf arrangement.
- Inventory Management :Maintain accurate stock levels, avoid stockouts, ensure FIFO,
and coordinate with central team for replenishments.
- Rider Operations :Manage rider attendance, batching, routing, and performance to
ensure rapid and efficient deliveries.
- Order Fulfilment :Monitor in-store pick-pack time and ensure timely dispatch of all
orders.
- Team Management :Lead and supervise the PP (Picker & Packer) team; ensure shift
planning, productivity, and discipline.
- Data & Reporting :Basic understanding of data to track daily KPIs, order flow, delays,
and inventory health.
- Issue Resolution :Handle operational escalations related to products, delivery, and
customer concerns.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
