Role Overview

As a Baskin Robbins Crew Member, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing ice cream products, maintaining store cleanliness, handling billing transactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors and products.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk, equipment, and customer area.
- Refill stock, toppings, cups, and other supplies as needed.
- Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing store activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Working Hours

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 8-9 hours per shift with a weekly off.

Preferred Qualifications

- 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in retail, food service, restaurants, cafés, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
