About the Role

Prabanch Gardens is an integrated farm focused on sustainable agriculture, livestock management, and landscape development. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Assistant who is passionate about farming and willing to actively participate in all aspects of farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day farm activities , including soil preparation, planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting

- Support livestock management (feeding, cleaning, basic care)

- Participate in horticulture and floriculture activities :

- Assist in landscape development and maintenance :

- Help in natural farming practices and preparation of organic inputs

- Carry out general farm maintenance and physical work :

- Work closely with the Farm Supervisor and Farm Manager to execute planned activities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the farm





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification :10th Pass / Plus Two (12th) :

- Basic understanding of farming or prior farm exposure preferred

- Robust interest and passion for agriculture and rural work :

- Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work

- Ability to stay and work on the farm full-time
