Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Communicate with US clients related to company projects and services

Provide accurate information and resolve client queries effectively

Support ongoing company work and follow client instructions

Maintain professionalism and service quality during all interactions

Required Skills : Excellent spoken and written English communication

Confidence in handling client calls

Basic computer and internet knowledge

Willingness to work in US night shift

Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude

Salary : Freshers: ₹20,000 in-hand

Experienced: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 in-hand

Salary based on communication skills & interview performance

Education : Any Graduate

(BCA / BBA / MCA / B.Tech preferred)
