The Mission: At GGS Boutique, we are known for our "Perfect Fit Promise." We are looking for a disciplined Fashion Designer whose primary job is to ensure every client order is handled with 100% accuracy from the moment they walk in until they take their outfit home. Core Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: Greeting high-ticket clients, understanding their requirements, and helping them place orders for bespoke blouses, lehengas, and sarees. 2. Precision Measurement: Taking exact body measurements. In our studio, a 0.5-inch error is not acceptable. 3. Order Management: Creating detailed job sheets for the master tailors. You are responsible for ensuring the master understands exactly what the client wants (dori patterns, necklines, etc.). 4. Fulfillment Tracking: Following up on the status of every order daily.



You must ensure the outfit is ready for trial/delivery on the promised date. 5. Quality Control: Inspecting every finished garment to ensure it matches the client's order and GGS quality standards before the client arrives. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design. - Robust communication skills in Hindi and Marathi. - Extreme attention to detail. - Ability to manage and give clear instructions to master tailors. - Professional presentation and punctuality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
