Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
- Handle inbound calls for any queries of the customers.
- Introduce and explain EV charging solutions, products, and services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Address customer queries and provide relevant information
- Schedule appointments or demos for field sales executives
- Stay updated on EV industry trends and company offerings

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (0-3 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated




- Interest in electric vehicles, clean energy, or technology is a plus

Working Hours

- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Weekly Off
- Tuesday. Sunday is Working.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
