Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection
- Provide accurate product information and promote sales
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Refill stock and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic complaints
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements :

- Previous sales or retail experience preferred (training provided)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends or shifts
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
