Job description : About the Role:

- Lead Basil Leaf’s social presence and brand communication. You’ll plan campaigns, manage collaborations, and ensure the agency’s output matches our brand voice and vision.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee monthly content calendars.

- Review agency creatives and stories for brand alignment.

- Write captions, manage posts, and maintain engagement.

- Coordinate influencer, stylist, and PR activities.

- Track analytics and report key insights.

- KPIs :

- Steady engagement & follower growth.

- Quality influencer/PR features monthly.

- Consistent posting & brand tone.

- Strong coordination between in-house team & agency.

- Ideal Profile:

- 2-4 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle social media. Excellent communicator, organized, with a keen eye for aesthetics.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
