Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at MBA-ESG-India in Pune. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, program coordination, student mentorship, and academic administration.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in Finance, HR, Marketing, IT or Operations
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Research skills and academic writing proficiency
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in relevant field
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Teaching,



Curriculum Development, and Student Mentorship skills
- Program Coordination and Academic Administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in higher education or academic roles
- Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred
