Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner

- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information
- Receive, unpack, and organize stock
- Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control
- Making GRN ,Stock Report
- Handle customer questions, complaints, or returns politely and efficiently
- Follow store policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Graduate (preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
