he Optical Sales Person is responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and optical accessories, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vision and eyewear needs
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
- Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly
- Read and understand optical prescriptions
- Take accurate measurements (PD, fitting height, frame fitting)
- Process sales, billing, and insurance claims if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the lab for orders




- Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in optical sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescriptions
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic computer and billing knowledge

Work Environment:

- Optical store / Eye hospital / Eye clinic

Salary :

- As per industry standards and experience
