Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Clothing Store)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing/products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products
- Handle billing, cash, and POS operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Manage stock, assist in inventory checks, and report shortages
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge

Requirements :

- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
