Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Assistant will be responsible for matching supplier bills with received books/materials, regularly updating Google Sheets and internal databases, coordinating with procurement agents, and closing purchase-related tickets on Zoho. The role requires accuracy, timely data management, and effective follow-ups to support smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Matching bills with the books received,



and correspondingly / regularly updating the Google Sheet.
- Communicate with the procurement agents and close tickets on Zoho
- Regularly update data in our database.
- An individual with the following skills will be really helpful

Skills & Requirements :

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry associate.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- A dedicated individual with some common sense
- Proficient in data entry.
- Detail Oriented.
- Proactive in learning, especially from mistakes.
