Executive Assistant to Founder (Health & Wellness Creator Brand)

Work with a 700K+ audience personal brand

We’re hiring a smart, creative, and highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing health & wellness brand.

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role at the intersection of content, operations, and personal brand growth . You won’t just manage tasks — you’ll help bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Own

Founder & Business Support

- Manage daily coordination, priorities, and follow-ups
- Handle calendar planning, meetings, and scheduling
- Bring structure to quick-moving ideas and projects

Content & Creator Support

- Coordinate with editors, designers, and content team
- Help manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Assist with creative ideation for social media content
- Support basic video editing (reels, shorts, clips)

Workflow & Team Coordination

- Maintain trackers, notes, and organised systems
- Ensure deadlines are met across teams




- Act as the bridge between Founder and internal team

Who You Are

- Extremely organised and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communicator and natural coordinator
- Creative eye + understanding of how social media works
- Comfortable in a fast-paced creator environment
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-focused

Bonus Skills

- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience working with content or influencer teams

Work Structure

- Mostly remote
- In-person planning & coordination twice a week
