We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and assist in delivering top-tier sandwiches while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the Head Chef & Kitchen Team : Support the preparation and execution of the deli menu, including ingredient prep, sandwich assembly, and quality control.
- Food Preparation : Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
- Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
- Stock Management : Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.




- Compliance & Safety : Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and secure food handling procedures.
- Multitasking & Adaptability : Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required.

Requirements :

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,378.20 per month
