We are hiring a, assistant to handle patient inquiries and lead follow-ups for two doctor-led clinics specializing in medical weight management and aesthetic dermatology .

The role involves speaking with prospective patients, following up with leads from Instagram and WhatsApp, and helping them schedule consultations.

The position requires a few hours of work daily from our clinic in Lajpat Nagar , with the remaining follow-up calls and messages handled remotely from home.

Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads from social media and online inquiries
- Speak with prospective patients and explain clinic services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors
- Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp
- Maintain simple records of leads and bookings

Requirements :





- Fluent in English and Hindi :

- Comfortable speaking on phone and WhatsApp

- Organized and reliable with follow-ups

- Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets preferred)

- Experience in clinic, aesthetics, or customer support is a plus

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
