Role: Assistant Merchandiser

Job Location : Mumbai (Andheri)

Work days: Mon-Fri

**Job description:

- Data Management: Maintain an accurate data of all styles, including specifications for metals, stone weights (carats), clarity, and cut.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Excel to create pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Pricing Models: Develop and update pricing sheets in Excel.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate technical requirements to manufacturers and track production timelines using master spreadsheets.
- Merchandising Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate technical data for product listings.
- Product Knowledge: Robust understanding of precious metals (gold, platinum, silver) and gemstone identification.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read CAD designs or technical spec sheets and understand jewelry construction terms (e.g., settings, shank types, plating).
- Excel: Must have hands on experience in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas,



Data Buildup.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to clean large datasets and transform raw numbers into actionable insights.

Soft Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask data. Written communication for documenting product descriptions. A passion for the jewelry industry and its retail knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications Degree in Gemology (GIA/FGA) or Jewelry Design. 2+ years of experience in jewelry retail, wholesale, or manufacturing operations. Experiece with Microsoft and Google Sheets.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
