Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging classroom activities and lesson plans .
- Monitor and assess children's academic and social development .
- Maintain student progress records and reports .
- Supervise assistant teachers and classroom aides .
- Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment .
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress .
- Support children's overall physical, emotional, and cognitive development .
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher / Head Teacher in preschool.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills .
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
