- SCORM 1.2/2004 authoring, LMS architecture, SIS/SSO integration (OneRoster, Clever, ClassLink, SAML 2.0)
- AI/LLM product integration (GPT-4o, prompt engineering, SSE streaming, governed AI workflows)
- CI/CD pipeline management, Docker, zero-downtime deployments, Supervisor/queue workers

Leadership / Delivery :

- 5+ years EdTech leadership; managing parallel client engagements (US school districts, international clients)
- Client-facing delivery ownership: scoping, pricing models, SOWs, demo engagements
- Team management: hiring, JD drafting, technical interviews, mentorship/upskilling roadmaps
