Job Description - Cafe Captain/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and train café staff, ensuring high service standards.
- Handle customer interactions, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the café.
- Ensure achievement of daily/weekly sales targets and report performance to management.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions and offers.
- Cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliation.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a café/restaurant in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.




- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with flexible shifts.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Qualification: Graduate preferred, but not mandatory if experienced.
