About Need82 Need82 is a rapidly expanding travel and ticketing company headquartered in Kolkata that serves agents, cyber cafes, and customers throughout Eastern India. We specialise in airline tickets, IRCTC agent IDs, tour packages, and travel services.

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager who can own and run the entire Tour & Travel vertical independently. This is a single-handed operations position. You will be responsible for everything from packages and vendor relations to sales, operations, and client management. No handholding. Full ownership.

What Will You Do?

- Build, price, and manage tour packages (domestic and international).
- Handle B2B and B2C sales, including agents, corporations, and direct clients.
- Manage vendor and hotel partnerships, transportation, and ground arrangements.
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and day-to-day operations from beginning to end.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and post-trip follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the ticketing team to book flights and trains.
- Grow the travel business with new ideas, partnerships, and revenue streams.




- Report directly to the founder or management.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in tour and travel operations or sales.
- Strong understanding of domestic tour packages; international is a plus.
- Experience managing the entire travel workflow independently.
- Excellent vendor and DMC network in India or abroad.
- Experienced with GDS tools, booking portals, and basic office software.
- Effective communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Self-starter capable of working without the support of a team.
