Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated CSR professional with 10-15+ years of experience in CSR, NGO management, fundraising, development projects, or corporate social responsibility programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and donors.
- Lead fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives.
- Identify CSR partnership opportunities and secure project funding.
- Manage end-to-end CSR project implementation and monitoring.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, NGOs, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, impact reports, and donor communications.
- Represent the organization at corporate meetings, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure timely execution and measurable impact of CSR initiatives.

Compensation

₹5-6 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
