FranchiseNow is hiring a result-driven Franchise Expansion Manager to lead franchise growth across multiple cities. This role focuses on closing franchise deals, onboarding partners, and scaling a strong franchise network . Key Responsibilities

- Drive complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

- Identify and onboard recent franchise partners and investors :

- Conduct business presentations, calls, and meetings with potential partners

- Build and manage a strong franchise pipeline across regions :

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements :

- Work with marketing team to generate and convert qualified leads :

- Ensure smooth partner onboarding, training, and activation :

- Track franchise performance and ensure revenue growth :





- Develop channel partners, brokers, and referral networks

Requirements :

- 5-15+ years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales :

- Proven track record in closing high-value B2B deals :

- Strong understanding of franchise models (FOFO / FOCO) :

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills :

- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments preferred

- Willingness to travel for business expansion
