Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can independently drive site sales, handle qualified leads, and convert prospects into closures. This is a core revenue-generating role with strong backend support and direct exposure to deal structuring and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales cycle : site visits → negotiations → closures

- Engage with inbound qualified leads (full lead support provided)

- Conduct site tours and product presentations for flats, low-rise units, and duplex villas

- Build strong client relationships and follow-up pipelines





- Work closely with management on deal structuring and closing strategies :

- Maintain daily reporting and pipeline hygiene

- Deliver consistent monthly closures and revenue targets
