Job Description : Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager : Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: BBM/MBA (HR Preferred) | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days) : Role Summary : LG Soft India is looking for an experienced L&D; Manager to drive organizational learning, capability development, leadership programs, and employee development initiatives. The role requires expertise in learning strategy, program management, LMS administration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning analytics. : Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals. : Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, technical, and professional development programs. : Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and evaluations. : Administer LMS, maintain learning records, and support certification initiatives. : Analyze learning data, prepare MIS/dashboard reports, and measure training effectiveness. : Drive employee development programs, learning campaigns, induction programs, and certification initiatives. : Collaborate with business leaders,
