About the Role

Alankrit is a premium Chikankari label dedicated to preserving the heritage of Lucknowi craft through designer garments. We are looking for a dual-threat professional to join our team in Lucknow. You will be responsible for the "engine" of our brand—ensuring our website is high-performing, beautiful, and bug-free, while simultaneously managing the paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google) that drive our revenue from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs and beyond.

Key Responsibilities 1. Website Development & Optimization

- Maintenance : Full ownership of the alankrit.co.in the Shopify/WooCommerce platform. Ensure fast loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, and a seamless checkout process.
- UI/UX Enhancements : Regularly update the website layout to reflect a "luxury" feel. Improve navigation so customers can easily browse by collection, craft, or occasion.
- Inventory & Cataloging : Upload recent collections with high-resolution imagery, SEO-friendly descriptions, and accurate pricing.
- Tech Integration : Manage and troubleshoot third-party apps, payment gateways, and WhatsApp API integrations.

2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

- Meta Ads Manager : Build, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Focus on Retargeting (for cart abandoners) and Prospecting (finding new premium buyers).
- Google Ads :



Manage Search and Shopping campaigns for high-intent keywords like "Designer Chikankari" or "Premium Wedding Wear."
- Analytics & Reporting : Track daily performance via Google Analytics (GA4). Use data to explain why a campaign worked and how to improve the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

3. The Sales Funnel

- Tracking : Set up and maintain the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to ensure every click and conversion is tracked accurately.
- A/B Testing : Test different landing pages and ad creatives to find the most cost-effective way to acquire new customers.

What We Are Looking For

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in E-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce), HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Marketing Mastery : Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (certification is a plus).
- Data-Driven Mindset : You don't just "post"; you analyze. You should be comfortable with formulas like CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Industry Context : Previous experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector is highly preferred.
- Language : Professional fluency in English for website copywriting and ad headlines.
