Executive - Digital Marketing Location : Kowdiar, Trivandrum

About Us Thalikkunnil Group, with 21 years of strong presence in retail, distribution, engineering, and interiors, operates from strategically located offices and showrooms across Kerala. As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our in-house branding, advertising, and online lead-generation efforts.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Manage and grow the company’s social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop monthly campaign calendars, creatives coordination, and performance reports.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) and ensure consistent improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaign requirements.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO activities.
- Track leads generated through digital channels and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up.
- Ensure all digital communications reflect brand standards and business priorities.
- Qualification:



Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience :1-3 years in digital marketing with demonstrable results.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads , Google Ads , and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content planning.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards).
- Creative mindset, solid analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or creative briefing will be an added advantage.
