Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for blue/grey collar roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for recruiting in the blue/grey collar industry
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment for blue/grey collar roles
Good to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for blue/grey collar positions
- Strong understanding of the blue/grey collar job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment
