- About the Role : - Key Responsibilities : Sourcing & Screening

- Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple panels, time zones, and stakeholders.

Offer Management & Negotiation

- Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations in line with budget and internal parity guidelines.

Process & Reporting

- Ensure strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for every stage of the hiring funnel — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollout.
- Leverage AI-based recruiting tools (sourcing, resume screening, scheduling assistants, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency.
- Share regular hiring status updates and reports with stakeholders and leadership.

Stakeholder Management





- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on requirements and hiring timelines.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment (internal hiring preferred).
- Hands-on experience with KEKA Hire or similar ATS platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-based recruitment/sourcing tools.
- Ability to understand and screen for technical roles/scenarios (non-technical background acceptable if exposure to tech hiring exists).
- Proven experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in salary negotiation and offer closures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, proactive, and self-driven work style.
- Strong ownership of TAT and process discipline.
- Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad / Indore).

Good to Have :

- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics/dashboards.
