Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
- Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and career websites.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant departments for technical interviews.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Organize and attend job fairs, campus hiring events, and recruitment drives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Qualification: MBA in HR is must
