E-commerce Manager - Kasya & Nihsamah

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa
- Handle product listings, catalogue updates, and content optimization
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Myntra Ads, etc.)
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability (CM1, CM2, CM3)
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Identify best-selling and slow-moving products and take corrective actions
- Manage inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
- Monitor returns, customer feedback, and product ratings
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, warehouse) and marketplace account managers

Requirements :





- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of online advertising and performance marketing
- Experience in fashion or apparel industry preferred
