Business Title : Quality Control (QC) Executive

Job Purpose : The QC Executive is responsible for maintaining the structural and electrical integrity of all fan products. The role ensures that every component—from raw materials to finished Farrata and TPW fans—adheres to internal quality benchmarks and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements.

Reports To :Quality Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Description : The QC Executive acts as the final gatekeeper of the company’s reputation. In an OEM environment where we manufacture for national brands, the precision of this role is critical to preventing market returns and ensuring consumer safety. By implementing rigorous sampling and testing protocols, the QC Executive minimizes wastage and ensures that the production line maintains high-speed efficiency without compromising on excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

- : Conduct thorough testing of incoming raw materials such as copper wire, aluminium ingots, bearings, and plastic components against approved specifications.
- : Perform routine audits on the assembly line,



focusing on motor winding tension, soldering quality, and proper fitment of mechanical parts.
- : Lead the final testing phase for TPW and Farrata fans, checking for air delivery (CMM), RPM, noise levels, and vibration.
- : Execute mandatory safety tests including High Voltage (HV) tests, Leakage Current tests, and Insulation Resistance tests.
- : Identify defects, categorize them (Critical/Major/Minor), and work with the production team to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- : Maintain detailed QC logs, inspection reports, and PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) certificates for client review.
- : Manage consistent sampling during high-volume production runs, ensuring that the pressure to meet dispatch deadlines does not lead to a compromise in quality standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
