Job description

- Responsible for maintaining the TAT of R&M; tickets at best.
- MEPs have to maintain the materials data, like in-house store stock and used materials stock, without any deviation.
- Should reduce the vendor dependency on the ground by using technical knowledge without affecting the CSAT score.
- Carry out project activities as directed by the managers/associate managers and adhere to risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective maintenance of MEP asset such as split AC, MDB, SMDB, DB, LCP, generator, booster pumps and sump pumps.
- Able to resolve carpentry-related complaints
- Able to resolve basic AC complaints.
- Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing plumbing system, water tanks, pumps, etc.
- Diagnose leakage and blockage, understanding the drainage and water supply system
- Installation knowledge on geysers, UPS, inverters, etc.
- Minor carpentry work, Repairing door and window alignments, Replacing the door lock sets and latches.
- Filling the checklist (PPM, RM)
- Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays. Role & responsibilities




- Electrical and Plumbing Able to repair daily electrical issues (light, fan, switchboard), fix water leaks, and do minor carpentry work without depending on vendors.
- Appliances - Can diagnose and repair common appliances like geysers, RO, and washing machines independently. - knowledge or understanding
- DG (Diesel Generator) - Handles routine oil and battery voltage checks. minor maintenance and helps in troubleshooting for generator operations.
- Elevators - Coordinates maintenance with vendors, checks for common faults or minor issues, and ensures protected operation; major servicing is done by vendors.
- Ticket Completion & Priority - Completes assigned repair tickets within the timeline (average 2 days) and prioritises urgent issues like no power or no water.
- Statutory Compliance Knowledge - Follows basic safety and compliance requirements during repairs and maintenance work.

Vendor & Material Coordination - Works with vendors, warehouse, and property teams to arrange materials and complete tasks smoothly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
