Key Responsibilities

- Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order processing: from receiving purchase orders to coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams.
- Sample Development & Coordination with the Sampling/ Production Teams
- Track order progress, ensuring accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to export compliance/documentation.
- Sales Operations & Documentation
- Prepare and review proforma invoices, export documents, and payment schedules.
- Market & Data Analysis
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support the export sales strategy.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to align deliveries with client requirements.
- Support senior sales managers in presentations and client proposals.
- Process Improvement




- Ensure the CRM and internal systems are regularly updated with accurate client/order data.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience, ideally in design-led or luxury categories.
- Experience in Furniture Industry is desirable.
- Excellent ability to read Furniture Drawings & product Drawings.
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Friendly, team-player and someone with perseverance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
