Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue through effective team leadership, and manage accreditation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital administration, especially in the ophthalmology domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage end-to-end centre operations
- Lead and monitor the sales/front office team to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high service standards
- Handle and coordinate hospital accreditation processes (NABH or similar)




- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and growth
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize processes
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for seamless functioning

Requirements (Must-Have)/ Qualifications :

- MBA in Hospital Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role
- Prior experience in an eye care centre or ophthalmology setup is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valuable understanding of hospital operations and patient management
- Experience in handling accreditations like NABH
- Exposure to healthcare sales or revenue management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Location : On-site (Dayal Eye Centre)

Working Hours : 9 AM - 6PM

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
