Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager

- Perform audience research & targeting (custom, lookalike audiences)

- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI :

- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, copy, audience, placements)

- Monitor daily ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

- Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns

- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives

- Generate performance reports and insights

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) :

- Strong understanding of campaign structure & targeting :

- Knowledge of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) :

- Experience in lead generation & conversion campaigns :





- Basic understanding of landing pages & funnels :

- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certification in Meta/Facebook Ads (optional)
- Experience handling multiple ad accounts or clients

Soft Skills

- Good communication skills
- Creativity in ad strategy & copy ideas
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with Google Ads :

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics :

- Understanding of conversion tracking (Pixel setup) :
