House of Creasip is looking for a passionate and performance-driven marketer ( 6 months to 2 yrs experienced ) to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience with paid campaigns, audience targeting, and scaling digital growth, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Handle lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Perform audience research and A/B testing
- Track campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, CPM & ROAS
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives

Requirements : ✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads ✔ Knowledge of Pixel setup and conversion tracking ✔ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Familiarity with Google Analytics & Tag Manager ✔ Own working laptop is mandatory

Physical interview is mandatory Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
