Job Responsibilities

- Handle restaurant floor service and guest handling :

- Ensure proper table service and order service :

- Support Captain / Manager in shift operations :

- Maintain service standards and hygiene :

- Coordinate with kitchen and billing team :

- Guide junior stewards / waiters





- Handle guest complaints politely

- Follow restaurant SOP and discipline

- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B; Service / Restaurant Service / Hotel Restaurant / Dining Restaurant :

- Experience can be as Steward / Senior Steward / Waiter / Service Staff / F&B; Associate / Supervisor / Captain :

- Must have experience in Fine Dining / Casual Dining / Hotel Restaurant / Multi-Cuisine Restaurant / Standalone Restaurant :

- Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Catering required

- Bachelor’s preferred

- English communication preferred

- Must be ready for transfer if required by company :

- Immediate joiners preferred
